The Wood River Experience Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PRIZE DRAW AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE EXCLUDED. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this section have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Official Rules.

1. Winner:

One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner” or “Winner”)in connection with the Grand-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Section 5(A) of the Official Rules, and further described herein).

2. Promoter:

Wood River Studio LLC (referred to herein as “Wood River Studio” or “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:

Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in these Experience Rules and the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via  www.woodriverstudio.com if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United States of America (at the time of entry to the Prize Draw and when redeeming the Prize(s)), and do not qualify as a Prohibited Person (as defined in Section 4(A) of the Official Rules). 

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

5. How to Enter:

Visit www.woodriverstudio.com to utilize any of our methods of entry to enter this Prize Draw. For postal entries to the Grand Prize Prize Draw, please submit to Wood River Studio as outlined on www.woodriverstudio.com. Postal entries must be received by Entry Period end time/date to be valid. All online Entry Periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Entry Period, and all postal Entry Periods will end at 17:00:00 (GMT) on the last date of the respective Entry Period. Wood River Studio is the official timekeeper. See our Official Rules for more details.

6. Entry Limit:

There is no entry limit for this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry. There is no cumulative maximum number of entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”). However, in respect of the Paid Method of Entry only, Promoter reserves the right at any time to (i) introduce an Entry Limit; and/or (ii) limit the amount that any Participant may spend (whether in aggregate, on a particular Prize Draw, or via a particular payment method) in a defined period or otherwise. There shall be no such Entry Limit in respect of the postal method of entry. If Participant exceeds an applicable Entry Limit for a Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and ineligible to win.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Section 8 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each Drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) for the Grand-Prize Prize Draw will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Wood River Studio in accordance with the terms and restrictions stated in the Official Rules. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during an applicable Entry Period.

8. Winner Announced:

Winners will be announced by Wood River Studio on or after the Friday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Section 4, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

9. Prize Provider:

Wood River Studio, or “Prize Provider”.

10. Prize Details:

The following Prize will be awarded in connection with the Drawing as outlined in the Drawing schedule in Section 4, above. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in this Section 10, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prize, Winner must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by the Prize Provider, and failure to complete and timely return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period expressly provided by Prize Provider in writing, may result in disqualification. The Prize may not be redeemed for cash. The Prize may not be transferred or sold.

• Grand-Prize Prize Draw – Grand Prize The Wood River Experience: The Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) One (1) custom piece of handcrafted furniture up to but not to exceed $15,000 in fair market value. Winner has choice of materials based on Wood River Studio’s stock. (ii) The Wood River Way to custom furniture design and craftsmanship – an immersive experience between Winner and Wood River Studio in the design and creation of the perfect on-of-a-kind piece of furniture. (iii) Delivery and installation of Prize within 150 miles of Cape Canaveral, FL USA. Delivery and installation is based on a first floor delivery of up to an 8’x4′ dining table. Additional costs may be assessed based on distance and scope of delivery which the Winner will be responsible for. 

11. Where does your Entry Fee go?

If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Wood River Studio will donate 50% of your monetary payment to the applicable Charity (each a “Donation”). In relation to the Wood River Experience Draw Donations will be passed on to Family Partnerships Foundation (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
